Descripción: You will start a 2-year work and education programme that will familiarise you with various parts of the organisation. Every six months, you will participate in a project in another discipline, where the focus will lie on the integration and optimisation of business processes. Together with the team, you'll be the link between management and operations, assisting management in improvement processes, which you will subsequently devise and implement at an international level.
